I travel a lot - can I still do a program if I'm in and out all the time?
Yes - we customize programs based on your lifestyle. We can either set you up for when you are here, or we have many clients who do online training if they are out of town to keep their fitness going.

I have old injuries, can I still do a fitness program?
Yes - we figure out what you can and can't do during our detailed fitness assessment, and develop a program that you can safely do

I'm nervous the trainer is going to make it too hard?
That's a great question because that isn't how the process should work. We develop programs that will get your great results based on your personality - some people love intense workouts, so we develop safe intense workouts. Some people have to be careful of intense workouts due to fear of injury, so we teach how you can get great results even if you have to slow it down.

I've tried a lot of programs and can't seem to stick with it?
This is very common for many people, so you're not alone. We understand how long you need to commit to help you get over the hump. We have developed a lifestyle fitness approach that ensures clients are able to make fitness part of their life routine. This includes, fun workouts, accountability, the right commitment to your health, and you'll get the healthy lifestyle you deserve.
